    Hey.

Whenever I log onto windows, I have to click my username even though its the only one there to make it show password field to enter my password to enter windows.

How to make it show password field without clicking the username all the time?

    Thanks.

I would like to know this as well - I've got 2 different Vista machines, with different behaviour on the logon screen.

I'm pretty sure that is the default behavior of W7.

I know what you mean. I dont think it is win7 default behavior.

Make sure you are the only account in Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Accounts.
Also in Manage other accounts, check that guest account is disabled.

Also...run services.msc and set secondary logon to manual
