I'm curious, is 64bit Vista better than the 32bit Vista? Please explain?

If you have 4gb of ram and have specific 64bit software then yes, otherwise no. Also search as this topic has been beaten to death.

You might want to do some research yourself first?
Pretty easy to find at least a few pros and cons ;)

For instance: 64 bit is more stable and often (a bit) faster. However, it only accepts signed drivers.
64bit is also necessary if you have more than 3 GB RAM
And if you have some old programs left, they might not install on 64bit

And I'm sure people after me will add tons more pros and cons ;)
