    Anyone know where I can DL a wonderful (beautiful) widget that displays all the programs I have opened up? So I can tab between them perhaps?

    There's an XP Powertoy that does something like this to the alt+tab menu. Read more about it here.

    you mean a "alt-tab" replacer? if yes, there is one in the microsoft powertoys for XP. it runs at boot and everytime you press alt-tab, will show a thumb of the programs, and you can switch between them (like vista).

    Phillip, widgets are like those little applications you always see in Macs, but actually you can get them on PC too from Yahoo!

    You know, those really visual things that are displayed, like Time, Flight Tracker, etc.
