Is there any program that can automatically search and create hyperlinks inside of a word document as you type?

For example: If I'm taking notes and I type in "Mozart", the plugin or program will automatically search wikipedia or similar sites, and create a hyperlink for that word.

Is there something that can do this without me having to highlight and then click "Look up"?
