Same key 2 different versions. I have been reading alot of posts about how Microsoft is not realy doing much about things unless they see the same key on like 5 machines. 2 machines is reasonable.

Or will it just NOT activate since it has already been activated on my Laptop?

I am pretty sure 1 key is linked to both 32- and 64-bit versions. Which means you can't install a 32-bit version on 1 computer and a 64-bit version on another using the same key.

i dont see how this is wrong. you have a key that works in a 32bit and 64bit. so i dont think your doing something illegal.
