Just now my Firefox (v12 latest) can't load webpages properly. Always loading, youtube video does not play, facebook only shows upper bar, and google.com takes forever to load. I have cleared the cache, updated extensions etc.

    I tried chrome, same results.

    Then
Internet speed / usage is only max'd at 13kB/s and less than 5% of 3MBps (task manager). That is using IDM or BitTorrent, using firefox or chrome only uses about less than 2% of 3MBps.

So I thought the culprit is the internet, I use a USB modem with it's own launcher software.

I downloaded auslogics boostspeed and tried internet optimization two times, didn't work.

Disabled IvP6 trough a microsoft troubleshooting guide, didn't work either.

Any suggestion what I should do?
