I'm having trouble with some windows becoming always-on-top on their own under Windows 10. The behavior is kinda random, even if I open the same application a fews times in a row the window may or may not become always-on-top. So far CorelDRAW, Adobe PDF Reader and IE appear to be the most common offenders.

The most similar report I managed to find is this one. However this post is about Win7 and "show desktop" is needed to trigger the behavior. In my case the window can get alway-on-top from the very beginning.

Has anyone experienced similar issues before? Any ideas?

Not for me and I have Windows 7x64 Ult Sp1 and I don't have the problem. Some program on install - show that option but I just uncheck it and it stops. But even on clean install and my custom software install I don't get such problem.
