On my computer, when I adjust the volume, I get an annoying beep that interferes with what I'm listening to. I'm sure there's a setting somewhere, but I can't find it. How do I stop the beep from happening when I adjust my volume?

Thank you sir! It's surprising how that beep can suck the energy out of music that one's enjoying enough to want to turn up louder :- )

No problem. Also I agree, the sound is rather annoying too.
