    Has anyone noticed an improvement or slowing of internet speeds on Windows 10?

    I have read stories on the internet about internet speeds being slower on Windows 10.

    It must be because there's an option which will use P2P for windows updates, which means you'd be uploading the updates you download to other people as well (it's basically like torrents)
