Dear All,
In spite of doing proper shutdown, sometime when starting Laptop , it is running start-up repair. After finishing start-up repair window starts and getting the message "Window has recovered from an unexpected shutdown".
It happens 3-4 times within last 15 days. I am very much worried about the situation.
Please help to resolve the problem.

Any chance your laptop is overheating? Some forced shutdowns are caused by overheated components. How old is your laptop? Have you cleaned the fans lately? Also, could you see any error codes. I was unable to see any on those screen shots.

I had my AMD Desktop do that before and it was something related to the drivers and since I moved onto a Intel based system I no longer have such problem cropping up. But my AMD Desktop was almost 7 years old going.

Yes, age can play a big part in computer problems. Especially with capacitors.

I too had abandoned AMD a while back. Unfortunately they can not compete any longer. Especially older ones where heat and crashes like this can be common place.

Actually I had that on Intel few times, I always shutdown properly and later got message the shutdown was unexpected, worse yet it corrupted some files on my SSD, which was picked up during recommended scan, next bootup. Never figure it out, laptop is little older Sandy Bridge, without dedicated graphic card, so no AMD whatsoever. I suspect Windows and AHCI driver didn't communicate properly about shutdown or SSD took longer to finish, but funny thing is never had that with slower mechanical drive, only started when upgraded to SSD. First I suspected faulty SSD drive, but it works fine with no errors, except sometimes, randomly it seems, I get that shutdown error message.
