I'm about to sell a laptop on eBay.

I'd like to perform a clean install of Windows 10 onto that laptop, pre-install the latest drivers, Windows Updates, and the latest version of Steam for my buyer.

Is there a way for me to do that, so that my buyer will be able to turn on the laptop and go through the " "Running Windows for the First Time" process to create their own user profile?
