Hey all. I turned on my windows 10 xps 15 9550 laptop right now. I got the message i cannot sign into my account and now everything looks like its reset. Most of my programs are not showing up on y desktop. Like imagine i have like 30 something applications on desktop, there are like 12 or so.

Can someone tell me how to fix this? I do not have a password on my laptop for startup.

There is nothing show up in my downloads or documents. I'm freaking out right now.
