So I came home from work and both my laptop and desktop installed the latest April update. Luckily, I did not have the black screen of death issue that is being reported after the initial install. I ran some preliminary tests and overall my CPU usage appears to have gone down in CPU intensive games like Mass Effect and Gears of War 4 which is resulting in better CPU temps overall, but FPS is still where I expect it to be. Overall, if it is stable I will say this might be a worthwhile patch to install but time will tell.
Please share your experiences here for other users. I will continue testing and report back.

FPS is based on the GPU itself not the CPU for the most part. To increase FPS would be going SLI /Crossfire or getting a single higher performing GPU to increase FPS. And to use 1803 I always reboot to the last working image that I created and then do a update to insure there is not problems that was there to begin with interferes with W10 operation itself.
