Is confirmed that LDAC is coming to 21H2??? Also that Windows detect the Bluetooth headphones with mic as only one device. Is ridiculous that the quality of the sound goes to trash when using the mic on BT.

EDIT: Found out the culprit being the switch on the ODD caddy... Woopsie, I put the switch to the right and it's behaving fine. Weird behaviour though.

So I went back to Windows on my Zbook, and so far since fresh install it only properly shuts down, and properly restarts in safe mode but not when I use it normally? My other machine does not do this at all. Anyone else had this issue? I'm using Education Edition but I'm making a Pro USB in case I need to reinstall (for the third time) and so far anything to do with IMEI stuff I found online has done little to no difference.

It sounds like your installation is corrupted. Fresh install should never have any problems with shut down or restart of the computer. Unless it’s unreleased OS in a testing stage. Reinstall will almost certainly fix the issue.

KB5007186 [manual download] as a security update Windows 10 1904x.1348

    Known issues for KB5007186
    • For devices with Windows installations created from custom offline media or custom ISO images, Microsoft Edge Legacy may be removed by this update, but it will not be automatically replaced with the new Microsoft Edge. This issue only occurs when creating custom offline media or ISO images by slipstreaming this update into the image without first installing the stand-alone Servicing Stack Update (SSU) dated March 29, 2021 or later. As a workaround: see here
    • After installing the June 21, 2021 update (KB5003690), some devices will not be able to install new updates, such as: B. Update from July 6, 2021 (KB5004945) or later updates. You will then receive the error message " PSFX_E_MATCHING_BINARY_MISSING ". As a workaround: see here
    • After installing this update, connections to devices in an untrusted domain using Remote Desktop may fail to authenticate when using smart card authentication. You may get a message, “Your credentials were not working. The credentials used to connect to [device name] did not work. Please enter new login information. ”And“ The login attempt failed ”in red letters.
      • This problem is addressed with the Known Issue Rollback (KIR). Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the solution to automatically roll out to unmanaged private devices and unmanaged corporate devices. Restarting your Windows device can help the solution to apply to your device faster.
    • After installing this update, Windows print clients might experience the following errors when connecting to a remote printer shared on a Windows print server. See here for a possible workaround
    Problems fixed by KB5007186
    • This security update contains quality improvements.
    • UI elements and graphics in some applications may not work as expected. - After installing KB5006670 or a later update, certain applications may experience unexpected results when rendering some elements of the user interface or displaying them within the application. This problem can occur with applications that use GDI + and set a pen object that is zero (0) wide on displays with high dots per inch (DPI) or resolution, or when the application uses scaling. This has been corrected

If your devices do not have the May 11, 2021 update (KB5003173) or later LCU, you must install the special standalone August 10, 2021 SSU (KB5005260).

    Manual download of KB5007186
    • If the download does not start in the current browser, then right-click save as or right-click copy the link and open it in a new tab.

Windows 10 21H2 November Update 2021 - The official ISOs are here

The time has come. Microsoft has now made the official ISOs for Windows 10 21H2 available for download. The MediaCreationTool and also the ESDs will certainly follow soon. Actually, you only need the small feature update KB5003791 to switch to Windows 10 21H2. But for a new installation, the ISO is of course more appropriate.

Nothing has changed in the version. Only the addition “Insider” was deleted from the name. It remains the 19044.1288, which we already have on offer for you here . So if you are already on the road with Windows 10 21H2, you can lean back.

Temporary downloads of the Windows 10 21H2 November Update 2021 ISO

With rollout of 21H2, Microsoft moves Windows 10 to annual updates
Microsoft will push feature updates for Windows 10 once annually for the next four years, starting with today's update.
