Updated ltsc 2019, all in all approx. 550MB, lots of disk activity, took it's time.
    Zero problems.

Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC IoT 2021 download link added to the OP, this edition supports HWID activation (permanent) unlike the regular one which only supports KMS activation.

XPS 13 7390; Installed 2019 LTSC, chose non-N, installed and logged in, rebooted but got kernel data inpage intelppm.sys BSOD. Did not install any drivers.

Should I re-install again? Or does this go away if I install all the drivers?

sfc scan no issues, bios diagnostics no issue, new laptop.

The only recommended solution for this is to reinstall the driver for that device. You can also try removing the device completely, and then perform the scan for a hardware change, and then install the driver. However, make sure you don’t get BSOD again.

Thanks and I'll just do a new clean install. But the BSOD happened right after restarting from successful 2019 LTSC install; never installed any drivers or changed any settings.

I just installed it on my XPS 13 9310 with 0 issues, even before installing the drivers. I do have the latest BIOS though.

Did you leave all the Dell partitions like EPS/Winrestool/Dellsupport/Image, and only wipe the OS drive?

I only wiped OS drive and left everything else as-is, reinstall 2019 LTSC again and I think it is fine now...but the boot menu now has two "Windows 10 3", top one boots, but bottom one just bootloops.

    Did I do something wrong?

Oh...are those unnecessary if I'm never reverting back to Dell factory OS? it doesn't cause problems in the boot menu like recovery and diagnostics? Even EPS partition?

I found intelppm.sys is because I had set a power management profile set in BIOS and also installing rapid storage driver seemed to have solved the BSOD at boot.

If you never wanna go back to the factory image then why would you keep them and mess up the default Windows partition setup? wipe them!

My laptop came with Ubuntu Linux preinstalled so I wiped them anyway

    Haha ok I trust you.

I have a question regarding debloat/cleanup tools; I ran the OOSU10 already, but I read Winaero Tweaker and blocktelemetry firewall scripts etc are supplemental too.

But most of these tools have redundant mod options and so if I repeat the same tweaks in several tools, would the redundancy cause any problem? ex) disabled mods in one tool are showing as enabled in another tool.

Which tools would you say are the most essential?

Your guides are very helpful, thanks!

I use Winaero Tweaker only now, the other tools tend to break things sometimes.

I see, not even OOSU? is the blocktelemetry add firewall rules script defunct now?

Thank you, yeah just followed your clean install and tweaks guide. Wiped out via diskpart and reinstalled, everything solved. I'll just go with Winaero only.

Has anyone here had any issues with LTSC 2019 not being able to run newer hardware? I know a year ago I was talking about using LTSC 2019 but I'm considering on going back to it but I recently upgraded to a Ryzen 5 5600X and a RX 6600XT (Upgrading from a Ryzen 5 2600 and an XFX RX 580) or my hardware might be too new for a version of Windows 10 from 2018?

Very probably all will be well, imo only a matter of drivers which seemingly are not disturbed by whatever 10 version is in use.

Test it out ? Swap ssd, install ltsc on new ssd, keeping the original completely untouched \\ disk image (Reflect) of original setup then overwrite with ltsc, quickly revert to original when-if needed \\ install ltsc as dual boot on current setup.
