I reported this issue on MDL forum a few days ago, when I open my software folder for example where I set custom folder icons for each sub-folder, they load in slow motion. In Windows 7 this doesn't happen only in windows 10

Notice the icons with the default folder icon, that is still loading after a while they will all display their icon as I set them:

After a lot of trial and error, one forum member there suggested me to disable Windows Defender which I did and voila! problem solved! now the icons load instantly!

So I just installed Avast Antivirus Pro and I'm done with Windows Defender

This doesn't happen only once, everytime I access the folder after a while it happens again, as if the icons are being cached again
