I don't know about you guys but I am constantly having issues with Windows 10 when I reboot to start up my computer. Icons are constantly missing from the task tray even though I have them checked to load at startup...having to do multiple reboots to get the icons to reappear (for example bluetooth, safely remove hardware icon, etc)...what is the deal with Microsoft and why can't they fix this crap already?

This afternoon I literally have sat here for 20 minutes rebooting my machine almost 10 times to get the icons to reappear, this is just unacceptable! And yes...I have the items checked to show (I'm not that retarded lol), when you reboot and the icon doesn't show, when you open up taskbar settings the option for that particular missing icon doesn't even show, it's like it doesn't even exist. So you have no choice but to reboot, reboot and reboot in order to get it back.

    SO SICK OF THIS!

And what version are you using? Since your rant is so loose with information anyone reading is going to ask what and how was this setup and whom did it. I installed Windows 10 from 1607 and now 1709 and have no issues like what your describing and this from a Clean install. So if you really want help being able to provide more info that others can diagnosis the problem it won't get much help here.

No offense but I thought I provided quite a bit of info! The problem happens with every version of Windows 10 I've ever had, factory install, clean install, it doesn't matter and doing a Google search reveals that others have this same issue as well (especially with the bluetooth icon disappearing.) I am running the latest build of 10, 1709 I've never had these issues until I got Windows 10, not much else I can tell you. I'm an advanced user and pretty much know what I'm doing, I've never been able to figure the problem out.

If you have an Intel WLAN card and have installed the Intel PRO-Set Wireless app, then see this:

Apps not loading on startup in Windows 10 [SOLVED]

If that's not the case, then no one would be able to suggest anything without knowing more details like the exact build of Windows you're on now (type winver in an elevated command prompt to get your build number) and we're wanna know every single driver version you have.

You see, even though you've installed Windows 10, with each new build, you have to update some drivers if you want a smooth operation like VGA, Card Reader, Wireless, etc.

Just as an example, I recently upgraded my Realtek Card Reader Drivers to this:

Realtek S5250 Card Reader Driver v10.0.16299.21304

Notice that 16299 in red? that means it supports up to this build which is the latest Windows 10 Build 16299

No to the app, only drivers installed and I have the card disabled, I have a Linksys Wi-Fi adapter in my USB 3.0 port (A/C.)

Windows 10, Version 1709 (OS Build 16299.192) Nothing else to show. Dude I'm not going to sit here and list every single driver I have on my PC lol, it's not that important lol. This is a bug in Windows 10, nothing more nothing less. Why it's not happening on other people's machines is beyond me. All of my drivers are up to date. So it's cool, don't worry about it.

Yes I realize that but I'm not the only one having the issue, a simple Google search will tell you that :) I wasn't trying to insult you or disrespect you, it's just not that important I guess if I have to go thru all of that nonsense lol.

just want to let you know i am one of the member in the forum who phoenix has helped. His guides are really thorough.. They are time consuming if you want to have 0 problems but youll only have to do it once.. as of the moment i am problem free with windows 10 due to his bloatware free edition and guide.. so my advice is listen to him for 0 win 10 problem or continue searching in google for solution..

@Phoenix off topic here sorry.. bit how do you download for the specific driver of your realtex software from its own official website? I cant figure it out as its website is confusing me.. thanks..

Whenever I installed Seven I spent hour to set it up and install programs.
Whenever I installed Win10 I spent several hours just to figure out what to do for my computer to bootup normally... and then another 20 minutes to recover backuped image of Seven.
Win10 has no more rock solid Task panel and Start as if it's 3rdparty software and it messes with BIOS settings.
