    Windows 10 scrollbar color

    Does anyone know how to change the color of the scrollbar, the grey to light grey contrast is hard to see and it get really bad when sunlight is hitting the screen. I can't move the screen as it is in the office and location is fixed.

    You could try high contrast under access but that changes everything.

    You could also try Windows 10's dark theme instead of light to see if that helps.

    Yeah that's what I do and in Ease of Access, I turn off "Automatically hide scroll bars" that way it's very visible.
