Not sure anyone is testing Windows 10. I have tried loading the GTX 970 drivers from both Win 8.1 and 10 beta with a result in very very low frame rates. This is not a problem in windows 8.1 and was not an issue on previous releases of Windows 10 builds.
Considering that this is not the release candidate I understand the bug issues with this. Hopefully NVidia is on top of this with Windows 10
Has anyone done any testing and experienced any issues like this?

Maybe it is the new DX12 being implemented.
Not too sure of the reason but have you tried older drivers? The reason I ask is with the fact that NVidia is now clock locking the bios maybe other issues are arising as well

Win 10 would slap the old WDDM2.0 driver on your card, which f most thing up
but hey it let you can run some DX12 benchmark for show.
I just make mine use driver from AMD and everything run like it should same as win8.1. -
I tried 350.12 and even 349. I even tried the Windows 10 beta drivers from Nvidia
O and I did not mention this is a GTX 970M on a MSI GT70
Windows 10 testing build 10074 with GTX 970M
