Microsoft released its first-ever Patch Tuesday for Windows 11 yesterday and the new update seemingly makes the L3 cache latency on AMD Ryzen CPUs much worse than it already was before.

 

The build version seems very confusing Win 10 21H2(runs on ancient and modern processors) and W11 21H2(runs on newer gen processors)

Microsoft Drops First OOB Update for Windows 11 – Brings Emergency Fixes for Some Issues - November 5, 2021—KB5008295 Out-of-band

The company has shared quite a helpful video to explain some of these improvements. The Windows maker has also released patches for 67 new CVEs in Microsoft Windows and other products, of which seven are rated critical.

As you can see from the video, Microsoft go all in for Emojj as fantastic feature for the kids + the younger. And they are so proud they was able to fix some of the flaws with this new touch-friendly OS that they had to make this video. Microsoft did quietly release revised/updated Win11 ISOs containing build 22000.318 (instead of the somewhat buggy 22000.194 build) around late November 2021 on the Win11 ISO download page. the updated Win11 ISO downloads have slightly different names than the ones released in early October 2021
