Hello all, I was hoping you could help me shed some light on an issue I am experiencing with Windows 7. Whenever I go into a folder W7 resets my view options and it's annoying because the preview line has moved all the way to the left and the folders are being viewed in detail mode even though I set them to medium icon mode the last time I was in a window.

That has happened to me also. Especially in the My Documents folder. But I just checked and now it's okay. It just seems to happen sometimes, but not all the time for me.

Is it after you restart, or if you change folders then go back its restored to default?
