    Windows 7 & Stereo Mix?

    So I've been streaming me gaming for a few days now using Flash Media Encoder & using stereo mix as my default device for it, so my viewers can hear everything crystal clear. The problem is, that I can't use my Mic for Mumble chats/skype without disabling stereo mix. With both of them enabled, if I set mic to default device, stereo mix turns gray and says "currently unavailable," and vice versa for enabling stereo mix.

    How do I get both of them to work at the same time?

    The ability to use both the stereo mix and the mic depends on your audio driver.
    Generally you cannot enable both of them at the same time.

    USB headset or an USB audio adapter might do the trick. If you want to stream your mic input also, then your streaming software must support two audio input sources at the same time.
