Anyone have this problem, or no a fix?
Whenever I shut down it gets to the end where it says "Windows is Shutting Down", but never does.
I have to do a hard-reboot at that point.
I just got everything perfect and installed the way I want it, which I'm sure anyone who has done a fresh install takes a bit.
I'd prefer to not have to do another fresh install.

I've tried cleaning Registry, disk check...minor things like that.

Well if anyone is interested I figured this out, it was the PCI Memory Controller (Turbo Memory)
I forgot when I first installed 7 I was getting driver error, well I guess in getting everything set up I forgot about it and in device manager it looked like it had cleared it self up.
So I uninstalled it and windows shut down fine, then when I logged back on I got the driver error again so I just disabled it.
I never did see any kind of improvement with Turbo Memory anyways.
Everything now works perfect. Weeeeeeeeee :D
