    Looks good so far! :D

According to TG Daily, the Milestone 2 (M2) code drop is scheduled for April or May 2008. UI changes are expected to appear in later builds of Windows 7. Milestone 3 (M3) is listed as coming in the third quarter, with the release to manufacturing in the second half of 2009. The release dates of a beta version and a release candidate are "to be determined".

I saw it earlier. They didnt post any good pictures of it. If one didn't know better, it looked just like Vista.

Actually, Microsoft sent out pre-pre-pre-pre-alpha Windows 7 code to some developers, different OS and cores (Windows 7 is a complete Windows re-write) with the same UI as Vista as of now.

When Vista's first builds came out, they looked exactly like XP. This isn't even coming out until next year (or later), it will change.

    Good point.

It may look like Vista now, but W7 will be different by the time it's ready.

I'll use Windows Seven to wipe something else if it doesn't have more to show.

It seems like it just going to be like "vista reloaded" or something, after taking as long as they did with vista, I cant see an OS coming out so soon after being that much different.

It's not from the same team and developement of W7 didn't start long after Vista's (2003->2004.5)
