The resolution looks way off, I have to scale it back to 75% for it to look normal, but words and such are blurry. My monitor resolution is still 1920x1080 and other browsers do not have this problem. Does anyone know a possible solution? Thanks.

Did you see the post below. It says Chrome has been updated to fix that problem:
"HiDPI is now detected and enabled. No more blurry!" -

Fixed it here.
chrome://flags/
Disable DirectWrite Windows
Disables the use of experimental DirectWrite font rendering system. #disable-direct-write

Edit: Tried enabling and disabling, didnt notice any difference with either and problem is still here. -
Try the other two fixes (disabling high DPI in Chrome properties or flags at the end of the shortcut target).

At least for me, the issue seems to have resolved. I don't know if Google Chrome got an update, but this is what I have right now - version 37.0.2062.103 m
Please see http://forum.notebookreview.com/win...browser-resolution-messed-up.html#post9765959 for before and after pictures of what the issue was about. -
