Whenever I watch or load something that contains media it freezes up, the internet doesn't load pages right either... Using chrome or just windows 8... Windows 7 freezes occasionally as well and my trend micro antivirus and a couple other programs I have cause compatibility issues.... Any suggestions or do Is there a way I can rollback my drivers to just the vista I had with my programs and files intact???

Yes.. you have to reinstall everything. The most you can do is to backup your portable programs or data and then copy them back after you're done installating.

Game files? You mean like whole installations or like game saves? Sometimes entire game "folders" can be moved like with Steam, which will (once you paste them back into the right spot) recognize the game.

How about you try uninstall your antivirus, and see if that would make any difference?

Start > Control Panel > Performance Information & Tools > Advanced Tools

Are there any performance issues listed there? You can also generate a system health report using the utility there, or you can look up any performance issues in the Event Log.
