I left my computer on over night installing windows 7 and to my suprise this morning it was still installing. Its basically at the last step..."Transferring files, settings, and programs" with the 3 moving "..." . and "please wait..." changes to "installing devices and setting up your system" from time to time. So technically it is frozen, just progressing really slow? Process bar at the bottom hasnt changed a bit.

Anyone encounter this problem or have any suggestions?

Should i restart pc and reinstall it again? seems to be the only solution..

Yes I would restart and install again. I had a similar issue, it got stuck on the expanding files part at 75% and then told me the files were corrupt.

I reburnt the iso to another DVD and tried again, it went without a hitch then so possible reburn it as well.
