    Windows 7 Question! :D

    Hello everyone,

    I ordered a Dell XPS 16 and got the windows 7 free upgrade deal.. I used my friend's address to get it delivered to him as I'm not in the US at the moment.
    So.. now that he has it.. he gave me the CD key and I'm looking for a windows 7 upgrade CD. When I saw the picture of the CD key on the CD of the upgrade.. I noticed the Dell logo so I thought that maybe there are some extra stuff with the upgrade that might be essential.. like drivers updates etc. Now.. what should I do? Is there a way to download the whole CD and use the CD key my friend sent me? or do I have to wait till I get the CD from him which might take about 2 months (too long :() or should I try to get any Win7 upgrade CD and use my CD key (no difference?)

    there had bene links for a legal downloadon NBR - google search the forum
    (add - site:notebookreview.com - to your search)

    It may be an OEM key -or i may be a regular update key.
    If its a regular upgrade key any DVD will work.

    About the key: I think it's the regular update.
