I like to have my Windows 7 taskbar on the left or top. However, whenever i move it, it leaves a sort of....trail.....When ever i move it the previous sopot that it was in leaves a grey area that is transparent, and i auto-hide my task bar, and when it goes up or down, the grey area moves with it. I can remove the "grey area" by restarting, however it is a pain.

does anyone know how i could fix this?

I also do not like the little shadow that is under the taskbar, it is pointless in my opinion.

    Thanks In advance.

Hi! Similar thing happens on my comp-except I don't need to restart...I simply put it on the bottom again and it is back to normal...I think it might be some missing or faulty/partially compatible driver...Hope they solve the problem until the release of retail version...
