As the title says, my laptop blacks out when playing. Anyone who can help me with this? I tried to look for the dump file but I can't seem to find it or how to open it.
Here's the event log:

You think it might be a hardware overheat?
I'd install Hardware monitor and get a log file. -
Is it a Dell?

"Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power"
I had similar error on my desktop, closer inspection revealed at least three swollen capacitors. Computer froze randomly, crashed now and then. -
Yes, I'm pretty sure it's a hardware problem. I used to get random BSODs on Vista (years ago) when I would play specific games. It then turned out to be Vista+nVidia gfx+SATA+AC'97 fiasco. But applying any number of patches din't really help, until I figured out that my gfx card was physically damaged.

@ Inspiwrong
It's an MSI 1722 ID2
@KLF
Which capacitors were swollen?
@ski
How will I know which hardware is causing that... -
That totally depends on if it's a laptop or a desktop.
For desktops, you could borrow your friends computer and swap part by part.
But since it's a laptop I really don't see much to be done. Is it under warranty, that's your best bet. -
Main problem were ones regulating power to the CPU.
Since it was desktop, it was easier to spot faulty ones. First one was near bios chip (I've had difficulties entering bios) and few days ago I spotted two more near CPU (prolly ones causing crashes). Today I found one more near LAN connection... Too bad, that was a nice Shuttle box.
I'm going to ask a friend if he's willing to solder in couple new ones, if not then I'll just sell that case as parts. -
Ok this bugs me, I did a clean Windows 7 Ultimate x64 install. I did Furmark, Throttlestop, and Prime95 all together. It didn't crash. But as soon as I play a game, it crashes T_T
Heres the result for the tests
