Just wondering I have a 300gig external lap-top hard drive that I use to do
a windows 7 image back-up on it. Can I also put other back-up files on the same hard-drive?

Yes. I've never done this, but to my knowledge, the backup files would be in some sort of folder or iso or something, yes?

Agreed. A back-up image is only a file. If the drive has enough space for other stuff, why not.

    cheers ...

Yes, you can store files alongside the System Image Backup that you've created with Windows 7, just ensure that you do not change or modify the image backup (usually contained in a folder called WindowsImageBackup) so that the backup will continue to work correctly in the future if you need it.
