Need to decide between Windows 7 Pro x86 and x64, I have access to both for free. It's for my laptop that's currently running on Vista, specs in sig. Need some advice. Can it even run 64 bit?

    Thanks!

Sure, it can run 64-bit. And that's what I would recommend for your system.

i`d go 64 bit if i was you with that spec
and you have 4gig so to use it all you will need 64bit anyway
