    Windows 7 sometimes not booting

    I recently upgraded my SSD and I had problems with booting the OS. After sometime, I thought it has been fixed. It was booting properly and all. Now, I encountered the same problem. Sometimes it boots, sometimes it doesn't. Does anyone know the reason for this?

    No error messages apparently. It just stops at the Starting Windows screen. I think the drive is defective and am processing to return it. It cannot even get a clean install properly.
