Windows 7 tips & tweaks?

Can you tell me some tweak for windows 7?

Also i you know what services is safe to disable?

Which services are related to network connections? If i connect with ethernet in my house should i disable all of them?

 

Having just spent a few days playing with services, I wouldn't bother. A lot
of the service descriptions are incomprehensible to the common man so it's
hard to tell what they do.

Some services which can be turned off are pretty obvious (like Google
Update, I'd kill that one for sure) but others that seem unnecessary can
cause obcure problems to occur. There are services that depend on other
services and you don't know which ones. Just today, after making some
changes, Excel would no longer load and Word said it couldn't save my
document (though it did anyway).

Tweaking Windows can be a fun enterprise (though in the end probably not
all that useful) but you must be fully prepared to have to reinstall Windows
when you mess things up beyond repair. Googling Windows tweaks will turn
up tons of info but a lot of it is of questionable usefulness, if not outright
dangerous (or illegal).
