    Hi,

I just got my upgrade disc from windows 7 and i just was wondering if:

Once installed over the windows vista the windows 7, if in case that the install doesn't work or i want to go back to vista (probably i will not, but have the option at least) could i use the restoration discs made on windows vista in order to restore the machine to factory settings?

Or once installed the windows 7 i will have no option to go back?

If i could go back, could i try again to upgrade the windows 7 again with the vista already recovered from the factory settings?

I'm in the process of back up all my data, i'm taking a lot of time back up my steam folder for my games :( but i just realize these concerns...

    Thanks,

    Yes you can.

You can always use your restore disks to return to "out of the box" settings/

Yes, as many times a you wish.

You are proceeding as you should. Although you should have no problems, backup all your personnel data as it appears you are doing. Good Luck.
