Whenever I install Windows 8 (from a newly formatted drive), I check the UAC (User account control) and the slider is already at the bottom level (Never notify). At this point I am still at UAC level 3, but if I restart my computer without moving the slider back to level 3 then UAC will be turned off (since turning off UAC requires a restart). Shouldn't the slider in UAC stay at the 3rd level by default?

I have used Avast antivirus boot-scan and full-scan. My Windows 8 is a legal copy and I got it here:

Does anyone else's UAC automatically slide down to the bottom level?

Nevermind UAC wasn't being turned off until I installed something from the Sager driver disc.
