Ok, maybe I'm missing something but isn't there a quick and easy way to change the Window title bar font color? I want a darker border color but the font remains black and I don't see any way to change it...

AFAIK, no.
It was the same thing in W7, except that the bar was always lighter behind the text...

You can easily change most of the window color attributes in Windows 7. It's missing from Win 8 it seems... grr.

You're right. I thought it didn't work for Aero, but apparently it does.

Yes, along with the removal of Aero Glass, desktop customization has been gutted in Windows 8. One more reason to ignore that OS.

I did try something similar but there were no instructions. It just installed, but did nothing. -
I guess it works for some, but not others. One bug seems to be booting to a black screen. You can read more about it in this thread. UxStyle updated for windows 8 (experimental) - Page 12
