Urgently need a fix for this. I have an NP 535U3C. Downloaded Windows 8.1 last month - big mistake. Now I cant stayed paired to my samsung Galaxy Ace mobile for more than 3 seconds and cant transfer anything...

I downloaded Samsung Update Plus that supposedly searches for the latest drivers, but said all my drivers were up to date....

If anyone can give me a fix for this, it would be most appreciated. I have read countless forums and found nothing that works.

You should go to the Samsung area, there are warnings about upgrading the systems to version 8.1 as the drivers are not really ready. As a generic answer though maybe try the latest drivers for the device from the manufacturer rather than Samsung's...............
