Are there any options for Windows Easy Transfer that lets one select what is transferred over to the new machine or is it all or none?

I'd like to be able to just bring over a few things like Firefox, MS Office and IE configuration information and leave everything else behind.

You can pick and choose what transfers. :)

Note that you cannot transfer whole applications.
