Is it final yet or still an RC?

What is the download link if it was final?

It's a release candidate to be specific, I think it's supposed to be finalized in earliy 2009.

I didn't have beta 2 installed but I haven't had any problems so far with the latest build, no crashes yet.

They removed the "beta" monikers from the various downloaded parts, but the download page itself still refers to them as beta. The service itself is or was also beta.

The only issue I'm seeing with Messenger is that it frequently thinks I have mail even after I've deleted it.
