    When I choose to see someone's webcam it is very clear. but when we choose to have a video call which is with audio as well........its turns out to be of very poor quality.......

    how to maximize the video quality always?

    I say use Skype, works alot better and you can force HQ mode (640x480 if your cam can support it)
