    Windows Live Messenger: message could not be delivered

    Apparently whenever I am on wireless my friends cannot send me some messages. Sometimes it goes through and I can see it, but other times it doesn't, and a while later they get a message saying This message could not be delivered. Anyone got ideas?

    Is this within a close environment? Like wireless within a house? Review your firewall setting?

    Most likely a firewall that's not letting Windows Live Messenger traffic through. Off the top of my head, I would say that the firewall built into your wireless router is the most likely culprit.
