I have an Acer Aspire 5100 Acer Aspire AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-50(1.60GHz) 15.4" Wide XGA 2 gigs of ram, 100GB hardrive DVD Super Multi ATI Radeon Xpress 1100 IGP and it has Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 on it.

Has anyone had any issues installing the recommended Microsoft updates with Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005? What about the Update Rollup 2 for Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005, has anyone installed that and have you had any issues?

is there a thread somewhere with Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 information?

    thanks in advance,
    Bill

My laptop is 1.5 years old, MCE works fine here. The roll up should have already been installed. Check add/remove (click show updates). The only other updates I have are KB908246 and KB925766. They should be near the bottom.
