Costco has a "Free upgrade to windows media center" offer now. Does this particular OS have any specific advantages and disadvantages? I've been using XP Home on my regular desktop, and have never tried something with Media Center.

I would upgrade if I were you, depends though, do you use your computer/ will be using it for video watching, photo viewing, listening to music, and more? If you dont maybe you should just stick to regular xp. I ocasionally listen to music and I think the interface is cool, but it may be because I have never had a MCE PC?
