    Windows Media Player 11 - Some Songs Choppy

    I like to use WMP as my default player because I can access the library easily, but I've noticed that certain songs will play choppily in WMP 11. There is a pause every second, start-stop. When those songs are played with VLC, they are fine.

    Could this be a file or format issue, since the ones I have problems with are downloaded off sites?

    It could be related to the files. Search this forum. This exact problem was posted last month.

    Check a few things:

    Bluetooth
    Wireless
    Sound Driver
    Resource Usage
