Does anyone have the newest version of the WMPC Home-Cinema? It's the 1.3.2121.

Also can someone tell me some tweaks to make? And what about the internal filters and the build-in audio switcher filter?

Last, i have CCCP on windows 7. Is there any problem? Should i remove them? Which are the only essential codecs? FFdshow and?

Have you tried it? does it work?
You don't "need" to have the latest version, the main thing is a version that works and does what you need it to do.
