I'm using Windows Media Player with Windows Vista on my Dell Inspiron 1420. I did one CD burn that went fine but this time it won't work for some reason. It lets me make a burn list but won't detect the list, it still says 79.whatever minutes left, rather than subtracting the time the songs take up. And thus it won't let me do the burn. Why is it doing it? The blank CDs are Memorex CD-Rs btw

    Have you tried another disk?

If you want, you can Download and use Nero. It's what I use, and it is MUCH faster than WMP.
