    Windows Messenger Issue

    For some reason WLM 2011 just freezes at random. I tried to uninstall it and re-install it and that didn't help. Tried launching it in compatibility mode but that didn't help either. It worked perfectly for so long. Only major thing I've done recently is SP1. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

    Have you tried doing a Windows Update and then running it to see if it still freezes? And is the only program that is experiencing freezes? My initial reaction is to run a virus scan to see if there's anything that's infecting your machine: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/
