    I'm running a portable version of Foobar2000. I keep getting this msg.

    As far as I know I have all that MS security crap turned off - using Phoenix's Win 10LS (less suckage ;))
    Any ideas what's causing it, and how do I make it go away

    I've had that pop up show last year when I was using a program called Stashimi, which is an online radio that comes bundled with Nero. I wouldn't worry about it too much. You can get rid of it by tinkering with the Internet Explorer Security Options from the Control Panel
