This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Does this run within the browser? It checks out fine on Web of Trust: they.misled.us | WOT Reputation Scorecard | WOT (Web of Trust)

    I'm not entirely confident in Windows/Microsoft's ability to counteract phishing and malware attacks. And I can't find any news or articles, blogs, etc. that point to darkroom or that site being notorious for phishing attacks. I think you're safe.

    You can disable the SmartScreen Filter if need be, even if only temporarily while you use DarkRoom.
